Are you using CCBill?  If so, when you get to CCBill payment site, you can click on the "Euro flag" just above where it says "payment options" and it will switch from US dollars to Euros.  I've never tried paying in Euros, but I'm assuming that's why those options are there.  Although, you may need to check with your credit card company in regards to how they handle exchange rates and if there's an additional fee.

Currently, the 90 VIP is 50 euros or $75. With the current exchange rate it is better to pay in euros:) But when I go to "account manager-> Buy VIP" it always billed me in $$$. Do you know how to get the bill in euros?

Just guessing here but the site is reading your IP address (or whatever else it might read) and is charging you based on your being in the U.S.  

You probably can't do anything about it.

Is it possible that the billing service makes a determination based on your IP address? If it thinks you're in a US$ country, you get a US$ bill. If you log in from a Euro country, you get a Euro bill?

If so, you can try logging in using a European proxy site ... but don't waste the effort until you get better confirmation.

If your primary transactions are in US$ and you think that the Euro rate is lower, be sure to factor in your banking institution's conversion rates and fees. You could end up paying more in fees than you save in the Euro v US$ membership fee

You are right about conversion rates and fees. But I pay with bitcoins anyway, so no such fees:)
