Because you knew that either myself or someone else would have pointed out your second screen name. I also have bad news for you. The alias feature will not be going away. In fact, it may just get better

Aliases were allowed on TER for a reason. The founder (with some sage advice) was smart enough to know that the boards will be better, more active and much more exciting with aliases. It was also done with the safety of the hobbyists in mind, to protect us from the crazed providers and even other hobbyists. Like Nicky mentioned, the boards are not kinder and more gentle with a single alias and even posts under real handles are just as they were. In addition, providers who use aliases are more open and honest and don't have a problem kicking up some dirt themselves.  

You of all people should have sprung for VIP in the beginning and used an alias aside from your screen name. If you would have been smart enough to do that, you may not be hurting for business because you have been written off as a nutcase by so many hobbyists. As usual, your lack of insight has caused you yet another business failure.  

My advice of the day for you......"A closed mouth gathers no feet"  

PS: With regards to your other post, no one wants you to leave. You are so paranoid that you think a bunch of us want you to leave. That's not the case. As GaG points out, what fun is a party without a pinata?

You certainly have the right to your own opinion, that is why I made the post. I wanted to hear what people felt. I expressed myself in my post. I have no desire to comment on yours. If it makes you feel tough or proud to attack me, go for it. I hope you feel better now.  

If you think by my post I am suggesting people use their real names, well then that tells me all I need to know about your intelligence. And yes I know you will have something else to say, go for it. This will be my one and only reply to you.

You Sir are missing my point. I understand we are all anonymous on here, even the ladies are anonymous. They do not use their real names as providers. I get all of that. My point is once you have established a name on here to use, why post under any other name but that one?

Again, I am not expecting everyone to agree with me, I simply asked to here some thoughts out there on why, nothing more than that. I've said it before and I'll say it again...multiple aliases brought a lot of fun to the board. I remember laughing so hard many times, where my stomach hurt, tears in my eyes - oh the insanity!

I especially remember on the Chicago Board, when there was some political drama unfolding with the mayor and somebody trying to sell a seat in congress ...the details escape me now, but it was f'n hilarious.  

I think since we have the report a post (before to complain, ya had to pm the moderator with a link of an offensive post), it's easier to deal with attacks, that multi-aliases should be brought back. I love them, even if I couldn't get a word in edgewise cuz I didn't know what the heck was going on lol.  

Cluelessness can be funny too hahaha
