They weren't Ben wa balls. They were surgically implanted beneath her vaginal wall. They were sort of like those small balls some guys implant around their penis, except it was in her vagina. I tried doing a google search on it, but didn't see anything on it. I vaguely remember seeing something like this in J-porn video once.

There are balls we can use as weights to do muscle exercises, but um, they do come out after lol. And, they are not the size of a pea for damn sure...more like a gum ball ha ha.

This looks way too painful.  My lady had 2 small pea sized balls implanted inside the vagina unlike the 2 photo examples.  She let me feel one and it was located about 2 inches deep in her vagina.  She said it wasn't that deep to begin with, but it had migrated in over the years.  She said she got it for her old BF, but regrets it now because it can become uncomfortable with rough or prolonged sex.  For me, it felt great.
