I find music distracting during sex.  That's because I like certain kinds of music and when I listen to it I want to listen to it.  When I want to have sex, I want to have sex.  I find the two mutually exclusive.  My mind is focused on one or the other.

But I like everything or nothing.
Apt. girls usually turn on the radio to drown the sound they say, while playing Mexican music, music in Spanish or whatever is on the radio.

I always ask the gent what is his music preference if he has one I will play that.
Just listened to 80s rock last night it just depends on the person I am with.

Anything else is distracting.  Also, melodious stuff, nothing too jarring or weird.  I listen to most genres and am not tied to any one, so pick something you like, turn it down low and lets just get it on.

Good choices, low and smooth background music.

When I'm hosting, my playlist is a combination of jazz, soft rock, new age and Hawaiian. I've made up a few different playlists for some ladies whom I've known better.

So if it's music I like it gets distracting because I enjoy it. And if it's music I don't like I get distracted because I start to analyze it and note why it's shitty music.

i have a playlist of soft, sexy stuff. pretty eclectic ("impressions" and "meet me in the air" by neil finn, "stronger than pride" and "mermaid" by sade, "you move me" by cassandra wilson, "revelation" by prince, "nearness of you" by norah jones). have only used it during civie sex. maybe i'll try it during my next provider session if the provider is cool with it.

You should try Four Play, the jazz quartet.  Four Play is great during........four play.

Unfortunately, my favorites aren't listed here, they are love songs from the seventies and eighties, and Classic R&B.  I like the volume very, very low, barely perceptible in the far background so as not to drown out ANY sounds associated with lovemaking.

...certain 70"s German electronic music...Klaus Schulze/Tangerine Dream/Wolfgang Reichmann....the longer pieces w rhythm....Soulstance...Mike Oldfield"Ommadawn".....but more often than not,the sound of my partners increased passionate breathing is the"MUSIC" i want to hear!!!
