If your description is even close to accurate,  you are lucky you never saw her.  It might be nice to post a subtle warning on your local board.

Was this an unbroken flowing email thread where she could look back at your previous email conversations for a reference point?  Or were you sending out a new email every time and she had to search back through all her emails to remember who you were and where you were at in the screening and scheduling process?
If she's bombarded with emails, and your sending a new one every time and she grows weary of looking back through emails to figure who and where you are......et cetera.  That's what this conversation looks like to me and I was just curious?

If she is so busy that a request for a four-hour session did not get her attention, then she obviously did not need the extra client.

You would think a 4 hour date would have gotten her attention.  I believeif I was a provider I would rather have a 4 hour date rather than 4 1 hr dates.  

I use to say something like "I would like an afternoon appointment for 1 hour anytime next week.  That does not work well. I thought I was allowing her to find a good time in her schedule.  Now I get specific and let her barter a time.
