Are we limited to the number of reviews we can submit on the same provider.  It seems if you see one provider multiple times you should know more to share and enlighten other hobbyist.

If you feel the need to update a review of the same provider (and such permission is not automatically granted) the early review will be pulled.

How long after your first review, can you provide an updated review?  The rules do not give a time table?  If you've seen a provider ...say 25 times since, but only within a span of 3 months is that enough...or is it a longer time period?
