Are we limited to the number of reviews we can submit on the same provider.  It seems if you see one provider multiple times you should know more to share and enlighten other hobbyist.

How long after your first review, can you provide an updated review?  The rules do not give a time table?  If you've seen a provider ...say 25 times since, but only within a span of 3 months is that enough...or is it a longer time period?
