If you're looking for something quick and easy you can buy the ED pills they sell at gas stations. I know it sounds like BS, but the FDA did  an investigation and found that these pills usually contain sildenafil and/or tadalafil. These are the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis. Basically, these pills contain prescription drugs and are being sold OTC. This is illegal and I'm not sure how this is allowed but its happening. The FDA has issued warnings on products like Samurai and Rhyno. You should probably go to a doctor anyway and taking this stuff is probably dangerous in some way. However if you are in a pinch, need a quick boner pill, like to take risks, don't have heart issues or take heart medicines they do work. I wouldn't recommend it though.

These days (2025), there are many ads for getting cheap but real generic Viagra or Cialis from an offshore pharmacy after answering some Qs on an online form, e.g., Do you have a pulse?

In my experience the most safe and also effective way is to use an online service like ro. But not buy their expensive repackaged stuff but to request it generic to pharmacy.

There is no doctor visit, just questionnaire. You do need to fill out your real info. Then you get a script sent to a pharmacy. It renews every year I thought it would cost but all my renewals were free. So it was a one-time small fee.

 
If you don't want it tracked or hide it from SO, choose a pharmacy you dont usually frequent. Something like a Target or a Safeway or whatever big chain in your area.

Use a goodrx coupon to make it cheaper since you will bypass your insurance.

I would not mess with illegal/shady gas station or shady online offshore pharmacy shipped stuff, unless it's your absolute last resort and you cannot under any circumstances have a script.
