I just checked my reviews and there is nothing at the bottom. Does that mean no one has whitelisted me?

Check "my referrals" That's where mine show.

It won't be at the bottom of your reviews if you access them by clicking...

...My Reviews on the My TER page. Look at the Quick Links list on the left of the My TER page. Click on My Referrals. If you have been white listed by a provider it will show up there.
Additionally if you click on the number of your reviews (the 3) by your handle in a board post your reviews will be listed and at the bottom of your reviews will be your white list. If there are no providers names listed there then you have not been white listed by a provider yet.
