Your (I hope) hypothetical has too broad a description.  If A or B...  Is this person mentally competant to even give consent?   Is she cognizant enough to not do something stupid to compromise everyone's safety either physically or security?  A "dumb" person getting swept up by LE & blabbing everything they know could be a life altering experience.   On the other hand, I had a civie GF many years ago...  she was not the brightest light but was trustworthy & loyal to a fault.   C = Crazy...  my neighbors think I'm crazy...   If crazy is erratic then NO, unpredictable could prove dangerous in the general sense.

I have zero interest in sex with dumb women. Crazy women, however, are another matter. They are often the pinnacle of sex partners.

Several years ago I booked an hour with a lady.  We met for a drink at onf of the Stations before adjourning to the room I had gotten for the occassion.   All was fairly well till we had been in the room for awhile and she started telling me her life story which included being Nicole Kidman's body double (laughable at best) and having raised a couple million dollars for some charity for the Governor and, oh yeah, the Gov called her for advise regularly.   Mix in the tale of woe about how some appliance got left running and her electric bill was a HUGE $200.00 and she didn't think she could pay it this month and you probably start getting the picture.

First of all, it has not happened to me in a long while since I do not see a new lady without having had a fair bit of communication with her.  But if it did:

A. dumb as a stump:  That would not cause me to walk away, though I probably would not return.

B. mentally challenged:  I would leave after trying to find out if someone is pimping her or coercing her.  I do not believe that has any place in this business.  I would pass everything I had about the situation to the authorities.

C. bat shit crazy:  It depends.  There are many varieties of bat shit.  If I felt she was dangerous in any way I would leave at once.  If it was what seemed to be a harmless crazy (carries on conversations with 6 foot invisible rabbits, is convinced her left nipple does not like her right nipple, etc.) I might stay.

Though, brains is not the end-all-be-all, so if she had a real personality I could repeat.

For C, if she was truly BSC, I would have to gauge the situation. I might feign a fetish for masturbating while she brushed her teeth or something to get out of there ASAP.

I have had an experience with a true BSC provider, without ever seeing her, and it isn't fun. In these cases, it is best to keep your mouth shut and back away slowly.

I keep a small board footprint for my own reasons that have nothing to do with you personally. As far as I know, whatever our agreements/disagreements may be, you are an upstanding person.
