There was a lady in New York for a while, Lara Nicols, with whom I hooked up regularly with when she first came to town.  Was known for sloppy wet DFK.  Never offered rimming to me, which isn't my thing anyway.  As more reviews on her started coming in, I noticed she was rimming every reviewer.  I stopped seeing her. if you're rimming that's fine. But if you're digging for gold and then want a deep French kiss, it's sort of creepy. No matter how well you wash it, a tongue the size of a mid finger can pull out something neither of you want to taste. Just my opinion. I have, however, been with very clean men that I've tasted and then given a kiss to afterward.
