Some are really good about helping you make the "right" connection; others expect to get paid for sending the fat lady with genital warts. It's truly hit and miss. I agree with Ciara that if you meet and make a special connection, let her know with a few sweet whispers and an extra lil sometin-sometin...

The purpose of my call is to follow-up on a small personal matter we discussed during our appointment...not to make another appointment (I would obviously go directly through the agency for that when she comes back to town).  

So, whats the protocol for this?

In that case, when you call the agency, he or she e-pimp wants you to set an appointment. They have no interest in seeing you make nice with their ladies in off hours. The lady is their lifeblood, meaning you are messing with their money (50% of your donation in many cases). Do you see why they would have little or no interest in helping you "connect" with "Mary-Jane"? The only way you will get to her through them is to make an appointment; that's the only protocol they care about.
