She had no more reason to assume he was dying than any other passed out drunk. But yeah, it was the hooker's fault.

If a guy has a heart attack or stroke and dies while he’s with a touring provider at her incall hotel, what does the provider do?
A. Check out and leave him there?
But she would have registered for the room probably using her real name, with her ID, so they would have a record of her being there.
B. Call the authorities?
Then she’d have to explain to the police why she was there which would probably be really messy.
A provider in Dallas had a client die from a heart attack while she was on top right in the middle of doing it. They guy was a judge and married. She had to call 911 so she told them, the hotel and the police she was his mistress and was there when the police called his wife. Ficked her up mentally and she never was the same so she retired a few weeks later.
I honestly don't know how I would handle it if that happened to me.

I've plugged a lot of hydraulic leaks in my Army days, and still carry a trauma kit in all my vehicles. Typically, except when traveling, I'm prepared to provide meaningful intervention for up to 3 people for about 30 minutes in the event of serious trauma. I don't give a shit if I get arrested (which would be pretty unlikely anyway) if it meant that I did the right thing.

For awhile now, I’ve had this dream of an earthquake hitting while I’m with a provider, and it’s so strong that the building next door collapses. The young lady and I are in the throes of passion so buck naked. We run out of the room that way and of course everyone else in the building is running for cover. I wouldn’t let someone die. I would bite the bullet and do the CPR even if we were doing naughty acts.
We can come up with some credible story for when you call the ambulance afterwards. “Doc, I was just rubbing one out in my hotel room when the big one hit and this beautiful young woman heard me hit the floor, kicked in the door and rescued me.”
As for what happens if I croak, can’t plan for everything. Just hope the lady doesn’t end up in therapy for years after.
