An x's new wife, front row. Lol.

There's a similar thread on the LA Board, but it's centered on just one or two women (and there's a spin-off on the physical stature of men in Hollywood). But I was just wondering which Hollywood hotties caught your eye. Liv Tyler made my jaw drop. And she didn't even wear a particularly revealing outfit. And after seeing Scarlet Johansson I had to do a search on the web to make sure it was legal to lust after her :-) . What an adorable young woman.

Oh ho no, I can't believe no one was mentioning miss Jolie.
Holy... with that outfit...she i so sexy, classy and yet so dark.

Talk about wild hot minky sex.

Was able to see her close up last year and she's as gorgeous in person.  Doesn't even appear to be wearing makeup!!  OH MY!!

but I just loved the look of best actress nominee Naomi Watts.

On the flip side Uma Thurmond has really lost it. She didn't look good in Kill Bill either, and I think she needs to put a little weight back on.

My favorite lady and I decided our Number One Choice for an evening had to be Diane Lane.  Grrr, baby, VERY grrr.

...you don't have to wear that dress tonight. Take it off seductively.
I'm a fan of The Police and Sting. No NOT that kind of "sting", NOT LE. Actually LE outside of vice, the one's who actually risk their lives to protect us from the violent criminals are to be respected,
but I digress.

Don't send me any coupons for Krispy Kremes. I'm on that Atkins diet.

Yes, Liv Tyler looked gorgeous (looks very sweet - wish I had first hand knowledge).  But, how could you not think Charlize Theron (however its spelled) wasn't hot as hell.

Uma Thurmann looks great but not in that stupid outfit.

Diane Lane has a nice rack, small waist, thin thighs and relatively long legs - what a babe.

Liv Tyler's hair and dress really failed her on Sunday.

Nicole Kidman looks great always, even in casual outfits.  She is tall - definitely taller than the 5'10 1/2" stated in her regular bio.

Jennifer Garner looked great in that rosy red outfit, but she is shorter in person and has a slighty sagging butt.

I have followed Naomi Watt's career for a long time since early 1990's.  I really like her Oscar dress and hairdo.  However, she looked very common and tired these days without much makeup.  Too bad.

Now why haven't we hooked up yet? We share the same arterial networks of L.A., 405 and 101 fwys. Lemme see here...

Rowrrr! Break out the claws, eh?

I find Scarlett Johannsen to be the ideal lead for "Lost In Translation"; she has the same "out of place, ditzy" sort of look that Sofia Coppola always has. And that movie was somewhat autobiographical.

Not to demean Sofia; she did a FANTASTIC job with that movie, and  I give her full credit for realizing that acting is NOT her talent, but writing and directing sure seems to be!!

However, Scarlett has quite the bod, and I was ticked that I didn't see much of it in the movie ;)

My favorite moment was the short glimse of the stunning Julianne Moore. Wow, does she stir up the "Ginger" fantasy in a big way!!

Liv Tyler I just find to be a pretty cartoon, with those overdone lips (thank her father for those, they're probably not chemically enhanced) and elven features. (In LOTR, Cate Blanchette as Galadriel was much more ravishing).

Nicole Kidman amazes me with her ability to look absolutely awful despite her natural beauty. Whoever does her make up to make it look like she's had her scalp pulled back tight needs to be fired. Also, in every interview I've ever seen, Nicole comes across as "nice" but incredibly ditzy. I don't think much of her.

many of the movies that are nominated.

Who has time to watch an orgy of celebrity worship when there are good movies to see?

That there is so much press given to what Charlize Theron or whoever wore to the ceremony when most don't even know who Peter Dinklage is, that S.Jo (Scarlett O'Johanssen) is the new "It" girl and Calvin Klein model when she has not really stretched much at all as an actress (decent job in "The Horse Whisperer", sullen in "Ghost World", bored in "Lost in Translation", half-mute in "Girl With a Pearl Earring", and posing in "The Perfect Score"), and that year after year, the Oscars gain more weight and "opening weekend" has become a household name while so many movies are overlooked even in obvious categories for them (like "Winged Migration" for best cinematography)...

the horror.

And I think short with stocky legs is sexy...but only without collagen lips. :P

Now that's some serious eye candy!
I have had a crush on her since her role in Zorro.

I cracked up seeing her hubby Mike Douglas with them Dark "blues brothers" shades while she was presenting an award. Maybe ,he was trying to fill Jack's shoes.Jack's always a pisser at these award shows but I don't recall seeing him the other night during the time I was watching.

CZJ is *THE* brunette. Nobody even comes close to her.

Some fellow wanted info on the "girl in the T-Mobile ads" -- and if there were any chance she'd become a provider.

I tend to go for Johnny Depp myself. He's smart, unusual, seems to be honest, and he doesn't have a problem with what people think about him. Besides, he's nice on the eyes.

Hugs,
Ciara

But, I would prefer him to cut his hair, and shave. I use to think he was so cute when he was on 21 Jump Street series, because of his clean cut look. I am not into men with long hair, scraggly looking beards, and I love a man that has a fashion sense (someone who can actually match his clothes together, and knows what colors look good with what..metrosexual male!) about him. But, that is what tend to gravitate towards :))))

I never really thought that Holly Hunter was particularly glamorous, but at the Oscars, she was wearing a very hot looking pink number that her nipples were practically bursting through on the red carpet, and that showed her figure to maximum advantage.

Also, I don't think that Catherine Zeta Jones and Sandra Bullock can do anything to avoid looking gorgeous.

10. Nicole Kidman.  She's dropped WAY down my list after getting to skinny, but there is still something about her....
9. Renee Zellweiger. She's in voluptuous mode thanks to Bridget, but she STILL can work that sweet girl next door vibe that stole away the Jerry McGuire movie.
8. Diane Lane.  Only getting better with age.
7. Julia Roberts.  Went Old School on the dress and it worked.
6. Liv Tyler.  hated the hair, but she still looks smokin (even with the librarian glasses)
5.Charlize Theron. Too much bronzer, but she has one of the best looking backs in Hollywood (which is usually laid bare in all her dresses)
4. Jennifer Garner.  Great Dress.
3. Holly Hunter looked better than she has in 10 years
2. Catherine Zeta Jones.  I can't believe she wound up with that weasel Michael Douglas, but she DOES still look amazing
1. Angelina Jolie... She'd probably kill me, but I'd go with a smile on my face.  You gotta love a woman who has a sign over her bed that says..... "Some days it just isn't worth waking up to chew the leather straps off your wrists"  (I may have paraphrased but I remember reading that somewhere...)

Jennifer Conneley.  Unfortunately, now that she's a real actress (and she WAS robbed this year), she won't be showing her tits off in every movie like in the good old days -- see INVENTING THE ABBOTTS and BELOW MULHOLLAND for example.  And on another tack; I believe that WILL PATTON is the most under-appreciated actor in films nowadays!  Where's he been since MOTHMAN PROPHECIES [a great flick]?

Don't miss The Hot Spot where she goes topless by a lake (it was also made in 1990 when her looks were at their peak)
