I've run across two ads for ladies describing themselves as "stallions." Perhaps someone needs to visit the ranch. Has anyone else seen this? Myself, I'd could go for a nice young filly about now.

I let the first instance go but I'm thinking about doing them a favor and educate them. Any thoughts? It seems like it's sort of like letting someone walk around with their pants unzipped, but not in a good way, and not saying anything.

not that it makes literal sense, it obviously doesn't. Nonetheless I have heard people use the term in regards to a particularly striking woman for decades.

There are many saying that don't make sense, it doesn't stop them from becoming popular.

At least in Georgia, where both GG and I reside, "stallion" is used to describe a woman.

In the context I've heard it, "stallion" refers to a physically striking woman--strong in appearance. It's basically the opposite of "waif."

For example, a good-looking lady who's around 5'9, maybe 130 lbs-plus (with no fat) with toned, or muscular legs (which I assume is key in this context) would be described, favorably, as a stallion.

Maybe a Sandra Bullock, or a Kathleen Turner in her day would fit the description.

I guess calling a woman a "stallion" alludes to the commenter's belief that she would be "a good ride."

The only reference to stallions, either sex, I've ever heard is "The Italian Stallion". I dont know who exactly this originated from, but I know it's a male.  It has to be a regional saying. Even that seems hard to believe. I mean, stallion is associated with the flowing muscularity of the male horse, so maybe female bodybuilders, but other than that??? Does being with a bull conjer sexy images? Or a rooster? Or a gander?

act/acted like stallions in that they are/were all very demanding about what they like and the civvies were very specific about when they were horny, what they wanted: how soon, how long, and how often.  The only one who pushed it too far is a lady who was an Israeli, had been in the Israeli army, and was wildly demanding.  I loved it at first, but it got to me after a while.  She has since moved to Southern Cal so I only gte to see her very occasionally.  I really enjoy it this way.
