If by '20ish' You Mean 'In Her 20s'....

...then the lovely and talented Gong Li doesn't quite qualify for the list, having turned 41 last week.  Still more of a looker than many ladies half her age, IMO.  Great link, by the way, BizzaroSuperdude.  Gong Li, Aishwarya Rai and Laetitia Casta: what a jaw-dropping trio.
