Well despite all the doom and gloom that FOSTA brought to so many, I have to say that my year went (somewhat) as planned back in January:

The established guys who have a list of long term regulars, and seldom look for new talent will do OK.

I was out of the hobby for years and happened to jump back in immediately before the Fostacaust (the Whoracaust?), so I got my foot in the door with a couple of Kgirl agencies before the door slammed shut on my dick. I can't get into the other (better) Kgirl agencies because they're not taking any new customers, so I spend my time nailing third-tier, rectangle-shaped Kgirls who have ZERO concern about giving good service because there are no more reviews.

2018 continued for me to be focused on sugar babes rather than escorts.    Although it is only slightly more economical, since it doesn't tend to cut the per session cost, but does extend the session time.

Pretty much relying on p411, don’t feel I can trust /screen Switter and Twitter is not appealing.  I haven’t travelled as much this year either so lack of ads/listings have not had as big an impact as it might have in prior years.

While I have access to all "Tier 1" Kgirls, I still TOFTT half the time. There is no difference between "Tier 1" or "third tier" Kgirls to me and I don't categorize them as such. I love them all the same if I find them attractive or have a good attitude. I was only disappointed a very few times when I couldn't do what I wanted.

I don't just stick with top agencies or popular girls since I like to go everywhere and see new girls. I saw too many girls last year so I resolved to slow down. FOSTA changed my mind. I wanted to support favorite agencies and regulars so I ended up having almost as many sessions as before. Nothing change.

I took a look back at the year and I have to say it was pretty damn good. Reconnected with some really good friends and made several more. In fact, meeting two ladies in particular (one in Oct and one just last week) were the highlight of the year. They were even more amazing than I’d envisioned.

Good post DT, honest and sincere. I`m similar to your ails and I`m 73. You might want to think about TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) I did and got my Uro to prescribe and implant Testopel time release pellets and oh did they ever work. Felt like I was 30 again. treatment lasts 4 mos. and then you do it again. VERY expensive, $1400 each time although some say medicare will pay for itI couldn`t afford to do it again so switched to Clomid which works but not as well.
I miss TER badly and wonder if it will ever come back.

Well nothing compared to the explosion in my pussy budget if I started craving sex four or five times a day like I did back when I was young (50)  I guess it's not the cravings that are so expensive, it's my inability to NOT act on said cravings that is so expensive. lol  

There are basically 3 testosterone replacement options: (1) topical creams, like Androgel; (2) Implanted pellets, like Testopel; and (3) intramuscular injections, like testosterone cypionate. I have tried all 3 and the first two didn't work for me because I am a genetic mutant of some kind and can't absorb T through the skin and metabolize it too fast to use the pellets. So, now I use injections and they work well.  

I agree with what the lone lady said, it is all about having regular, intimate relationships now.  
I probably only meet a few new clients per year and I don't really tour Europe anymore.  
Perhaps I will heed the advice of a few good gentlemen on here and try other sites which focus more on long(er)-term relationships.

Atf became more miss than hit. As I would get to the point of writing her off, I would get a random email. But its been several weeks since I have heard from her, with no reply to an appointment request sent a couple weeks ago. P411 ladies are just getting too pricey for this guy.  Have a couple agencies I'm good with, and I haven't been playing that hard lately either.

Well, still hope for you perhaps. Just saw a headline for a guide to living longer. But was not really clear on impact for performance but you'd think those living into their 90s and 100s are still doing things they like and enjoying life not merely reminiscing about the good old days

Incision is def shallow on the side of your hip. Uro doc closed it with a band aid in his office and no annoyance for me. Took four or five days till back 100%. Pellets good for 4 months then re-do them again in the opposite hip. Feel the joy of morning wood once again.
 Disposable funds very tight for me now so I  can't justify the $1400 out of pocket. Besides, they really make me horny as hell and no funds now to see any girls.
Meantime I continue to take 50 mg  "Clomid" (Clomiphene Citrate) daily Prescribed by my Uro for about $30 per month which keeps my T- levels around 500 which is better than 200. For me, either had absolutely NO side effects.
If you consider doing any Testosterone Replacement Therapy you must visit a urologist and discuss your options. Uro will then  send you for blood work for a PSA  (colon cancer test) and determine your current T-level. One month after Testopel I got another T-level blood test and I was 1100!
Google this stuff as there is tons of info/data on this subject.

Saw my ATF more this year than any other gal.  At least once a month and one month 3x in that month.  Have seen 3 Switter gals and TOFTT, but since no reviews, no team.  One of whom I would definitely see again but  since she tours has not been around.   Almost made another connect on switter but timing did not work out.  Have met and bedded 7 SB's, 3 of whom I can still call at anytime, 2 of whom were a waste of time money and energy but who keep contacting me for more even though I have broken it off and 2 of whom simply ghosted after a few sessions (c'est la vie).
