Fella's what makes you want to visit a lady ? Is the picture's? Do you enjoy self photo's or professional ? Does the text of the ad itself allure you? Is short and sweet hit the spot ? Or a bit longer with more thought ? Do rates, grammer bring you in or is it reviews that conquers all?

In times past, I would get interested in ads because of pictures and then look for matching reviews here at TER. The photos didn't have to be professional quality, but the lighting in the pictures at least let me see if she was attractive or at least had a nice body. Now I start with the advanced search feature here at TER, then look at linked ads and sites for the providers that already check at least some of my boxes. I appreciate an ad or site that gives me a sense of the provider's personality, as I am hoping for some chemistry as well.

Turn-offs: rates are too low or too high. Pictures don't match up with each other (seem to be pictures of completely different women, and not pics of the provider). Pictures are too shadowy. Provider doesn't have any reviews. I don't care if there is a typo in the ad, but if it is filled with errors, I lose interest. The worst are the BP or CL style ads that have lots of exclamation points and emojis and random symbols.

Unless one of my close hobby buddies has seen her and made a recommendation, I consider most, if not all, of the points you mentioned.  I will look at photos first, and I prefer the professional ones (I'm shopping for a fantasy, not reality), then I will go to the reviews.  If the reviews are good (At least 3 recent), then I will go back and review her website.  

I don't take off for grammar, but if she comes off as severely uneducated, I will pass.  If she goes on ad nauseam about how great she is, then I will usually pass.  Mentioning a few of her stronger points is enough so that I know what to expect.  I'm talking about with regards to service.  If she gives the best BJ in the land, or is known as a kegel queen, or can make you float off the bed with edging, then those are things she should mention.  

A sticking point for me is sometimes the cancellation policy.  Many providers have a cancellation policy for full or half fare, so I ask for an understanding that the cancellation fee is reciprocal.  If SHE cancels on ME, then she must agree to pay the cancellation fee to me, or else waive it for both of us going in.  I have only cancelled three times in 9 years, each for family emergencies, and I typically do three sessions a week, so its a minute percentage, but I have a problem with one-sided agreements on principle.  

Pretentiousness is my biggest turnoff. Obvious lying about education and world travels is another turnoff. We have had 24 year olds telling us they just got promoted to a high level executive job while working on a PhD. If they had all that why are they here?

Then there are he ones who call themselves "exclusive," "only for the most discriminating tastes," "ultra low volume" etc. A simple down to earth bio on a web page is all that's needed.

I like a combination of pro pictures and selfies. A video is the best since those give you the best idea of what they look like.

I'm drawn to ads that seduce me with elegance and grace. I like seeing a paragraph or two that show a genuine interest in appealing to my mind first, and hint that the experience will be more than just physical. I want to know that she understands the art of seduction, and that she knows how to create a world apart for the time we are together.  

Typos and poor grammar are a turn-off for me (but not necessarily a deal breaker), as are attempts to over-inflate the writing. I like seeing that she can write, but a manifesto tells me that I'm probably going to be dealing with a little too much one-way talk during the session, usually about an alien abduction.

As for photos, the more subtle, the better. I like seeing her in sharp business attire, formal wear, elegant evening wear, and even nice casual clothes. High end lingerie, of course. If she's okay with showing her face, I love the direct eye contact type of shot that makes the experience personal from the beginning. The blatant, in-your-face ass and crotch shots do nothing for me. I like professional photos for the fact that they are well-lit and clear, but not if she's too made up or too touched up. Selfies are fine, but the last thing I want to see is a grainy shot taken in a hotel bathroom mirror.

I'm probably in the minority on this, but that's my two cents. I'm turned on by elegant, romantic, sensual, intelligent women, and if that comes through in the ad, I'm there!

I like ads that show the woman's personality. I like to know who you are, what you're thinking, what you're about. Personally, I like a woman with earthiness and a sense of humor, so I love ads where that shines through. Sometimes it's poetry, sometimes witty profanity, sometimes song lyrics. The long-winded paragraphs about how refined you are (elite and discreet - yecch) come of as pretentious and  generic. If you're that refined, you ought to be able to write something succinct. I also may keep an eye on a woman over a period of time before jumping in, so variety helps.

It's nice to have rates and general location in the ad - that saves me trouble. I don't mind a few grammatical errors, especially given how poorly some phones check spelling. Just avoid the text speak (RU4 it?)

I get that you can't create a masterpiece every week, and you have to re-use text, but tell your story and shine!

both attract me and turn me off. The copy I almost never read, because it's worthless.

I like multiple photos right in the ad that look like they were taken recently on a iPhone. I don't like, glossy, studio photos that were photoshopped and airbrushed to perfection. Worse- photos that are locked and pay to view.  Hate that!
I like ads that state WHERE and WHEN right in the subject line. I don't like ads that bury the important details in the body of the ad. I like prices right in the ad. I don't like having to go to your web site or 411 to find out the price. Also, I dislike long-winded ads that sound like they belong on a dating site. We don't read all of that stuff. Keep it short and sweet please. Lastly, please link your TER reviews to your name/ad. Make it easy for us to see you

Someone responded to you with this earlier. Just a reminder for those that can't figure it out.

BUT (dirty little secret) lots of graduate students get paid on campus. And with that pay - depending on the college - you get fee/credit waivers, so you can come out of grad school relatively debt free (but will have had zero extra income to pay down the undergrad student loans).  
 
Look around the SB sites. Lots of them are college girls (or say they are). That supplements their income. Some move from SugarBaby to escorting ... and that can supplement it some more."

Its pictures first. Am I attracted to you? I like professional photos, but I love the twitter, or IG accounts with selfies too. I like to see you as you are, which is often super cute and even better than glam shots IMO. Second the outfits you wear. If I see you dress the way I like, I know more than likely, you will already be wearing what I like when we meet, or can easy accommodate me there. Then reviews. Are you the kind of girl I'd get along with, or are you too freaky, or to vanilla? Are you strict? Or open minded? Mechanical, or all business, or talkative and accommodating? Once I looked at those things, I make a decision if you are right for me. Sometimes I think about it for a week or two LOL.

Turnoffs are texting language (ur r my fb) and posting the ad the day she is arriving. Some of us need a few days to plan our schedules in order to get some free time to play.

Posting your GOOD reviews of the Providers -  guy are asking for TROUBLE  too.
Guy are admitting and informing  the   LE   that they paid for sex (BBBJ, DATY, K-9, etc.  for 150$)  which is illegal (against the law).
There is no such thing as SECURED web site (court order).
There is nothing to show off when you guy "hit the home run" with a sexy Providers and did a recommendation on the Providers.   The Providers get more clients and raised their prices.  Client (you guy)  get in trouble with the law and become homeless (wife).

Great reviews attract me, and bad ones send me scrolling on down.  

Of course, there are exceptions to every hobby rule. Even so, I've just increased my odds of having a great session.

When I look at an ad, I judge on the following criteria:

1.  Photos.  I want to see who I'm potentially having sex with, and unblurred faces go to the front of the line (not so safe for the ladies, obviously and unfortunately).

2.  Rates.  I will not go above the average for my area, and I will also not go more than $100 under the average.

3.  Copy/website links.  If the first two criteria have successfully drawn me in, I will do some further research to get a feel for my potential girlfriends personality.  Intelligent women to the front of the line.
