No, it's just the provider who is portrayed seems to be on a whole other wavelength. I don't think every provider had a horrible upbringing, but it is hard to believe someone would genuinely care so much about pleasing their clients and their profession as an escort (or at least I feel it's rare)...and Real Housewives? Nice lol.
