**This is NOT an AD, this is to be able to discuss about incall standards!**

After I read my most recent review, it raised some questions for me. I tried to PM the reviewer to ask how I could improve my "mediocre" atmosphere, in his opinion. But still have not receive a reply back, that's okay.  

That's why I'm coming onto this board to ask the Ladies and Gentlemen, strictly in your opinion! What do you want, need, and/or expect from a providers incall?  

I wont list EVERYTHING I have in my incalls (somethings are keep for my special guest hehe!) But here's the basics of what I have in my incall and I'd like to know if there's anything I should have but don't have already.
From the moment you walk in..  
- I have a cushioned bench so that when I ask you to take off your shoes you may do so with comfort and not awkwardly kick them off standing up, also it's there for you at the end to put your shoes on in comfort.  
- A small table with  Fiji water & some granola bars waiting for you.  
- A full bathroom for you, includes a clean towel just for you, soap, shampoo & conditioner, "made for men" body wipes, toilet paper, tissues, mouthwash, Q-tips, hand soap, candles, air freshener,  and a hamper to toss used towel into. I welcome you to use it before and after if you wish to do so.  
- A bedroom with a bed, a lounge chair, side table of hidden treasurers (hehe!), more tissues, music, candles, and a big mirror.  

In addition I arrive early at the incall to make sure the A/C is turned on to a set temp of between 72-75 degrees depending on outside temps.  

Is there anything else in your OPINION, I can be doing to improve the atmosphere? I just love making a cozy, warm, inviting place to enjoy each others time in. I'm looking to improve myself for you! (:

I just took a quick glance at your reviews.  My overall opinion is that you have a very small sample size (8 reviews) and it appears as though a few of those individuals were "tough graders" (2 or 3 reviewers).  I suspect that your Rating (currently 7.45) will lie somewhere in the 8-8.5 range as you obtain more reviews.    

Keep in mind, though, many might argue that those 2-3 "tough graders" are "accurate raters" as compared to the inflated ratings that most reviewers provide.  At any rate, I believe that 1 or more of those individuals indicated that he either has seen you multiple times or would see you again.  Which is one of the reasons why I would expect that your Rating will eventually stabilize in the 8-8.5 range.

You receive a 5/5 for "location," which is not well-defined, but of the 4 variables rated (appearance, performance, location, and chemistry) seems the closest to "atmosphere."  

Although I just skimmed your reviews, based on your reviews you might want to consider 1) tweaking your rate structure (maybe decreasing the donation while charging for an extra) and/or 2) in addition to making changes to the "atmosphere" thinking through how to really connect with people and/or how to avoid appearing as though you are not into a certain aspect of the session (I could imagine that would be challenging).

I just checked out your profile and somehow your "location" score is still a five out of five, So despite your last reviewer putting "mediocre" for atmosphere, it seems to be the least of your worries as your numerical score in that regard is as high as it can get.

 
Now to be perfectly blunt, (while still being nice of course. lol) it looks like if there is anything you should work on, it might be to put in a little more gym time, as more than one reviewer has commented that while they still found you attractive you were a bit heavier than depicted.

 
Overall though, you are still getting decent scores, I just think you are focused on the wrong issue. It sounds like your incall is just fine.

and also not have any off odor.   Some scented candles can help with that.

 
Another spot that often needs help is the bathroom.  Be sure it is spotless and that the tub is inviting.  Also be sure the water pressure is good if you can, and the controls easy to use.    

 
Some gals put out light snacks like fruit and chocolates.   That leaves a sweet taste in the mouth.

Thank you very much for voicing your opinion. I'll be blunt as well, back in January when I received my first comment about having some "Flab" (such a disheartening word) I was mortified! I'll admit I was slacking in the gym a bit only going a few times in the week and maybe not eating the best foods, however I cleaned my eating up and I now go to the gym 5-6 times a week and spend on average 2 hours every morning.  

The reason why I didn't pay any attention to my latest reviews comments on my appearance is because I researched who this reviewer had seen before and read the review, looked up the provider and came to the conclusion hes VERY harsh on rating. In my opinion the girl he had seen before is dropdead gorgeous and was getting 10/10, 9/9, etc across the board but he gave her 8/8. Now to compare her to me well, I'm very beautiful in my own ways, BUT I'm not a VS supermodel. (A little background on me! I'm 5'9" currently at 148lbs [I just went to the doctors yesterday, that's how I know!], but there was a time in my life before becoming a companion to lovely gents that I wasn't healthy and was closer to 230lbs (WHOA!)  So even with diet and exercising 5-6 days of the week, my body is continuing to become better and better (some might just not see the beauty of me, and that's okay!)  
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I've learned this a long time ago and I know plenty of people that enjoy me the way I am.)

That is why this discussion was on the "mediocre" atmosphere of my incall, instead of my physical attributes.

I completely agree! That's why I clean the incall location before and after every encounter before I leave to go home. I'm not sure if you'd taken the time to read through the list of things I currently offer in my incall but you've listed everything that I already have, aside from some fruit. Maybe that's what I'll add the my incall location next to the water and granola bars! Thank you for your opinions and for staying on topic, it's greatly appreciated!

It is more than what I expect in an incall. Clean and comfortable, is important to me.  
Only two things I can think of that would make the guy put "mediocre."
1) neighborhood/exterior? A really nice apartment in a shitty neighborhood might not go over too well for most clients. Not saying yours is in the ghetto, but just throwing out ideas, since the inside of your incall seems fine, that makes me question the outside. Decent neighborhood? Easy to find? Parking? Nosy neighbors? Etc.  
2) Just one of those people who are really hard to please.

PS said what I was going to say. Unless it's in a bad neighborhood or there's stains on the carpets and sheets, it sounds like a great place to meet.

It's great that you have the snacks and waters. I guess you could have something sweet too, as Mr, Fisher said. That would be nice, but I don't think it's necessary. Even on a two hour appointment I don't "expect" to be fed and would never hold it against a woman if she didn't have anything.

The only thing I think of that you didn't list is a couple of hangers.

I think maybe this guy is just hard to please and enjoys having people know it. I didn't look at his reviews or anything but you said he's a tough grader on looks and performance. Why wouldn't he call your apartment mediocre? He didn't even say anything about why it was less than great.

Hopefully some other women will chime in here, but I imagine in this business you have to learn how to not take anything personally. I know easier said than done, I can't imagine what it's like being graded in bed. I couldn't deal with that. Most of what people do is because of their own shit. He probably said your apartment is mediocre because his is. Don't let the things people say bother you, especially when one person says it. It's great you're trying to take a criticism and improve yourself, but try not to let this stuff bother you.

Lastly, some ladies ask the hobbyist what type of refreshment they want rather than just putting out a bottle of water.

There are a lot of great comments above so undo not want to repeat or echo what has been said, but GaGambler made some good points as did others.

Keep in mind, your lone low score on looks and performance  (5/5) comes from a guy who has just two reviews. Does not mean he is not accurate though. Perception is reality and his reality with his time with you was just that.

Your pics look great,  it if you hit the gym obviously make sure you do the right thing nutritionally. All the lifting, moving, squatting, and sweating may not do any good without the proper fuel to help accomplish your goals.

Items for a nice atmoshpere....adequate lighting when necessart, clean bathroom, (hopefully the client leaves as clean as when he finds it), multiple playlist music offerings, and pleasant scents.  
It seems like you are in the right path though.
