Not Blondie, Rappers Delight by The Sugar Hill Gang.

Go and listen to tha song......from 1981  shame cords same rift.....  I am still certain of it, maybe they borrowed it too.

First off, the Blondie song is "Rapture", from 1981, not "Man from Mars", and the beat is only similar to Sugar Hill Gang's "Rappers Delight", from 1980, from which the bunny's rap is definitely copied.

However, the real source of the bass riff is the song "Good Times" by Chic, from the "Risque" album in early 1979.  There was talk about Sugar Hill Gang copying the riff, but there was much more talk about that with the song "Another One Bites The Dust" by Queen...probably because Queen were four white rock guys, and the Sugar Hill Gang was a bunch of rappers.
