I hope you contacted her to make sure it was an error, so she could immediately delete the information!  I can't imagine any provider doing such a thing.

My guess is that at some point, she connected her busy/touring calendar to her web site.... and started putting appointments on the touring calendar by accident.  That can happen if you link the wrong calendar in your cell phone...
