You also have to consider these major danger elements to go along with it: since your in the open, her pimp may be watching you, the police or security may be watching you-- and any one of them could stop you at any moment and do something to you. The girl could rob you, or hurt you or something and you've no reference or previous detail on the girl (i.e. TER) that would have saved you the trouble in the first place.
I have, to my shame, come to know some unsavory characters since I have moved to Vegas(most hustle casinos though), and many times I tried to elevate them from the dreggs of society (the ones I found to be worth it at least); showing them the ways of the internet, helping them to understand and telling them how to properly execute real business in this game. What I thought were diamonds in the rough were, indeed as was stated before, crackrocks... they stole from clients; they didnt take my hygene advice; they werent classy enough to take out somewhere; they werent educated enough to talk to during a session; some still had obvious drug habits; and they just didnt look to be from the internet stock, which I now can plainly tell is a whole different breed... To see how sick and dangerous the streetwalker life is, check the article in the NY Times this week on a 12 year old arrested for offering oral sex for $40. This is not something to desire -- it is awful. She was, of course, under the control of a pimp. How terrible. This is a badly abused child. And how unfortunate that this child ends up in the criminal justice system rather than getting the help she needs.
This is a night and day difference from the grownup, web based escorts offering charm and intimacy between consenting adults, certainly for much more money.
The street scene should remain illegal, but the women caught up in it need help, not further abuse from society. It may be hard to reach many of these women, but that is not an excuse for giving up on them. What is to become of children who are caught up in this?

During my pre-TER days, I had a meeting about a year and a half ago with a 24 year old web based young lady. After the festivities were finished and we were talking, she explained that she had started in the business at 14, on the street. I pretty much felt sick, eventhough she was 24 when I met her. Fortunately she made me feel better by continuing to describe her life. She had dumped the "boyfriend" that had her on the street at 14, just as she turned twenty. She then began to manage her own money and according the her, has done well. She rents an apartment in NYC and owns her car there. She has rental properties in another region of the American continent. Overall, she seemed to have been doing well and appeared healthy and happy during her time with me. She seemed very honest and the details that she provided probaly could not be made up, so I believe what she told me.
But the young woman that I met is an exception. Most girls that start on the street as young as she did end up in bad straits or dead. This is why any self respecting hobbyist should completely avoid the street scene. The street scene will come to the web, but by doing research, a hobbyist can avoid it there also.

I don't think there is any easy solution to this. The key thing is that these are largely severely abused children, and society should not abandon them.
