Could they ever be attractive to a man who typically doesn't favor them?  

Currently  training for my first Ironman, I've cut most of my body fat down. Though my protein intake is double the grams to build muscle mass, I've unfortunately began to lose my perky breasts in the process of building a nice, firm ass and sexy abs.  I miss my tits but am loving my new, toned and tight body. Seriously contemplating breast implants though most of my clients favor against them. So when are fake breasts appropriate?

Your clients who are against you getting implants are having a knee-jerk reaction.  Don't believe men who say they can always tell real breasts from fake ones.  Men are idiots when it comes to breasts.  Half the TER profiles are wrong when it comes to listing cup sizes (also due to simply copying what the provider puts in her website).  Hell, even half of the women are walking around with the wrong cup size bras on.

If your breasts are too small in proportion to the rest of your body and you feel self conscious about it, you should consider getting implants.  It's not so much "missing" your breasts as much as it is what implants would do for your self-esteem.  If you don't need your old size for a feeling of self-worth, then you don't need implants.  OTOH, if you feel you want to look more "balanced," there's nothing wrong with getting them for that reason.

If you feel good about yourself then the rest will follow regardless of whether your boobs are natural or enhanced.  

It's up to you and I would recommend not doing anything because you think your clients favor one or the other.  They will favor YOU, and if you are proud and confident to be you, then I'm sure that is plenty good.  

On a personal note, I love the look of fake boobs when they are proportionate to one's body, but I'm not wild about how they feel as it's always a reminder that what looks so perfect is simply bags of odd (to me) feeling 'this and that'.  But that said, it really doesn't matter to me as I'd never not see someone because they were enhanced (or natural) -- I enjoy the entire woman and don't focus so much on the parts.   I've found that people are attractive more from the inside out than the outside in.

that you have a dilemma now.  I would recommend you do what is best for you, after all you have to live with them.  I sure that there are hobbyist out there for everyone so that shouldn't be too much of an issue.  And lastly to answer you exact question, I think it is possible for a man to be attracted to them even if he doesn't favor them.  Just do your research and get a nice pair that fits your body and find a good doctor that is reputable.  xoxo Lumberman

I tend to prefer the natural ones, but I've also been fooled by really good implants too.

Bottom line:  It's a very minor issue for me in regards to selecting whom I'll see.

I think that was the first thing to go! I didn't have much to begin with!

My personal preference is that of natural breasts, even if not round and perky. Although I can appreciate a good boob job, they can sometimes feel too "plastic" and loose the appeal of natural texture.  

With that said, you should keep your focus on what makes YOU feel good, and how satisfied will you be with the outcome. It is not as much as how you look on the outside as it is about how you feel on the inside. Pun intended

They make you feel better about yourself because that's sexy! I'm a "assman", but as long as the woman doesn't go porn-star huge, they can look awesome on a thin/fit woman! IMO

...I have played with some extraordinary fake breasts.  From my perspective, the right size, and a soft and pliable feel make implants just as much fun as the real thing.

The decision as to whether you should augment the twins is yours.  Doubtful that your best clients will walk based on that...if they like you, they will support you in whatever decision you make in this regard.  All the best to you in 2016...

Very careful I know that on my right side my breast implants it was sailing solution it blew out due to the fact that I was working out so much I can't be 100% sure but I'm pretty sure it was working out that I blew it out either pressure between the muscle and skin and in the heat body temperature wise also laying in the sun took a toll on that poor implant . I only blew out my right side which is interesting considering when I play golf I favor my right side and when I lift weights of course a paper my bright side right bikes I favor my right side anything I do I normally do harder on my right side so I'm pretty sure that it was all the working out and sports. I do.

my ATF and my last local regular both said they were getting them.  I advised against it, but to no avail and thank god!  These things are fantastic!  Don't know what they are using now but both these ladies got the most beautiful pair of large tear drop tits I've ever seen.  They look and feel natural, so go for it if YOU think best.

They stay perky, the nipples pop, the overall effect is pleasing if done well.  Please dont go bigger than a C because IMHO D and DD or larger simply don't look right on a woman with a slight or muscular frame.  Clothes twnd to drape and hang as if she's overweight too.  Putting in all the work for the Ironman you dont want to ruin the effect by going too large.

Guys who say they like natural tits say that because they have seen badly done fake ones.  Personally a well done fake set is almost indistinguishable to me.

I am a sucker for a tight, toned athletic woman with fake tits.   It's my ideal body type!

I like 'em either way. I find most satisfaction, both visually and orally, at the nippular level.  

 
 

I much prefer smaller boobs and, having seen you before I think they look great. If you want to make them larger, do it correctly and have a good plastic surgeon do the work. No slits on bottom or around the arteriole. I believe the new best way is from under the arm pit, hiding the scars.

I love em.  Outside of facial features my favorite part of a women's body.  I love them all, accept when the nipples are pierced with huge metal hardware.  

I like em small, I like em large....even sagging

Most important,  I love em fake and I love them natural  

Nirvana tits would be ones with tan lines.  The white or light outline of a bikini top against darker skin is huge turn on.  Says to me " hey dude, your seeing what only a few can see"

For some of us it's kinda like a fetish.  Always wanting bigger juggs.  I was talking to a couple of girls at a party and they were the same way.  They both were skinny, with huge tits and were getting all hot and bothered about how they wanted even bigger ones.  We are all squeezing each others tits!  Big fun! I'm not into getting bigger ones though. I do love my DDs.
I knew one girl who got into a car crash and popped hers on the steering wheel while on the rebound from the airbag deflating.  She got new ones.

Every provider I've seen or considered seeing has had fakes. Three of the ones I've seen had such well-done fakes that nobody could tell. They felt absolutely real, they would lay flat when the ladies were on their backs, and jiggled just as they should. One of the providers told me the price. I don't remember it now, but it was high.

One I saw had fakes so bad my head hurt when she knocked one against me.  

I don't understand the "real only" guys. How can they be sure? And so what? This whole business is fantasy. It's women with fake names, enhanced body parts, and fabricated life stories having imitation intimacy with guys who are usually, or at least often, lying about their marital status, income, and God knows what else. The only thing that's for real is the length of the guy's dick, but that gets "massaged" in the reviews.

I think a lot of this is down to a woman's overall sex appeal and attitude, regardless if she is a hook-up, GF, wife or provider. It's also about the clothes she wears and what kind of bra choice to show off her cleavage in and out of the bedroom.
I have enjoyed women (civvies & providers) with different breast sizes from A-DD cups, real and fake (some of which were very good, visually and to touch, others not so much).  
My choices have varied over time, from not caring, to must be a cup size C+ or more, to my current ATF, who is a natural B cup...
Go figure...
I know some women's self esteem is boosted greatly by getting enhancements. My recommendation would be, ladies if you choose to get an enhancement, do your research, get the best surgeon and be prepared to pay top $...

There was a time when I was so against enhanced breasts that it bordered on religious belief. Two sisters who've had double mastectomies later, that religion died, never to be reserected. The effect that restoration had on their psyches could not be overstated.

That said, I still have an aesthetic preference for natural, including - maybe especially - cases where the natural breasts shrank as a consequence of training at an elite athletic level. In college, I had 2 GFs. One was a champion cyclist whose Cs shrunk a bit to not-quite-Bs. Her B to C breasts were actually a hindrance, as in a racing position they were constantly bouncing off her thighs, chafing her nipples, etc. The other was a former Olympic athlete in a winter sport where competetive cycling was part off the off-season regimen. She was incredibly fit, but not to the same extent, and her C to D cups had grown back. Same story. I LOVED going riding with either of them (and on a couple occasions both), as I got to bear witness to an incredible bouncing boob show.

I only bring this up to suggest that if you're training to be a triathlete for more than one or two events, you may wish to put a limit on your cup size ambitions. You're going to be spending a lot of time on the bike, and their annoyance with their mammary misery was not trivial. It sounds to me like you're more interested in getting back to the boobs you once knew, and I can see no downside to adding half a cup or a full cup size, depending on how much they've actually shrunk.

As you get to a more steady-state level of fitness, the girls will reappear, and slightly enhanced could turn out to be spectacular. All the caveats that other posters have advanced still apply - find a surgeon with a track record, armpit insertion nullifies most of the aesthetic buzz killers, blah blah, blah. As long as the good doctor knows where to put them - mastectomy sister #2 wishes her implants had been placed on her chest instead of out by those very same armpits. My brother in law doesn't complain, though.

One of my partners is around 50 years old, and had her A to Bs increased half a cup size a long time ago. Now, even though she maintains a slender figure, the girls have naturally filled out to a full C, and the results are exactly the 'spectacular' I mentioned earlier. I can tell they've been 'done' when I'm grabbing handfuls, but it's not objectionable in any way, and I'd have never figured it out if we hadn't gotten to that stage in our relationship.

Just another opinion, and a couple of data points; ultimately the only thing that matters is how you feel about it
