In any language, YOU just are not the target customer.  Because the target customer has sophisticated tastes and discretionary income to allow him to enjoy the finer pleasures in life.  As well as the mental acuity to desire stimulation on a broad range of levels.   And even more to the point, the wherwithal to not have any issue about paying more SOLELY so that the lady need not soil herself amongst the riff-raff (i.e. YOU).

BTW, I'm not the one with a comprehension problem here.  If YOU could work with better customers, and earn 10X as much at YOUR job, JUST because you were confident enough to ask for it, and good enough to have someone give it to you - Would YOU turn it down?  Well, maybe YOU would, because clearly, YOU'RE not the sharpest pencil in the cup (that one is the one that costs so much more).

There is nothing different about what she's doing than about what Bentley does selling automobiles, and what Patek Phillippe does selling wristwatches.

BTW, I'M not the target customer either - because I personally favor a more egalitarian model, where performance benchmarks determine the value TO ME.  But that doesn't preclude my understanding and respecting the market segmentation.  And, quite candidly, admiring the chutzpah of someone who is capable of delivering BOTH the promotional message to hook the customer at the higher tariff, AND to deliver the underlying product to carry it off.  

Frankly, I can WELL understand a multimillionaire spending $10K on an evening of companionship, even if the ONLY thing he got from $9K of that expenditure was the knowledge that YOU hadn't been with the lady, and YOU wouldn't ever be with the lady.  For someone with all the money they need for anything - Why WOULDN'T someone want THAT knowledge?
