TER should inform providers via email when they have a new review.

It appears that the only way to receive this notification is by adding yourself to your favorites. However, the limited provider VIP does not allow us to use this feature. This is an issue for two reasons:

1. If we aren't aware of the new review, we miss the opportunity to use our free VIP credit.
2. If we aren't aware of the new review, we can't promptly respond to potentially fake reviews, which is becoming more and more common here.

Never heard of that. Of course I am not a provider. I know you gals get free limited VIP just for having your profile linked to your username. Obviously you can pay for VIP, and you can get the two free days for problem reports, but I never heard of you all getting VIP credit for a review.

In any case, there should be a way to inform you of new reviews, even if it just means allowing you to set yourself as a favorite even with only limited provider vip.

Be nice if TER would notify members, VIP, when one of their 'favorites' gets a new review.

Another thing you can do is check your favorites list whenever you log in. Ladies with new reviews will have moved to the top of the list.
