Admin. questions? First of all it seems silly because why the need for the security for this particular action? And secondly there are allot easier security encryptions they could use such as the one that P411 uses. The one TER uses is so difficult to read and it's double. Such a waste of time for what exactly??

...that it seems unnecessary. Maybe not. But, it is far to difficult to read. I have seen many that are much easier. After all it isn't supposed to test the users deciphering ability. Damn, what a pain!

When I can't read the incription, I just hit submit, and it comes back with a new incription, and I try again. I usually get it the first time, and the worst it's taken was three tries. (My vision isn't the best either) It's a few extra seconds at the worst. BFD!
TER admin actually makes a point to reply to every contact. (AT least I know they have always replied to every one of my contacts). In order to do that, they want to keep the number of contacts down, and make sure it is coming from real people and not from 'spam bots.'  The double incription insures that. Is there another way to insure that only real people are contacting them? Probalby, but I am not a tech wizard so I don't know. But this issue is just not a major problem for me. If I want to contact them, I am willing to type in those silly letters and numbers.
