there are a lot of providers all over the country that do not want reviews. And many of them are top-notch providers. Your list would not include them obviously. You have to rely on their ads, and back channeling to find our about them.
I believe that providers that received most reviews last month are the most popular at this point in time and should be added to the "to do list", assuming their scores are good.
Unfortunately, TER search engine currently does not provide such functionality.
I would imagine that enhancing search engine to do this shouldn't be a big deal. The data is already there. Each review has the Date of Last Visit field.
I sent a note to Admin about this a year ago, but haven't heard more about it.
Each month I manually compile and post the list of ChiTown's Most Reviewed Ladies that received 4 or more reviews. On average the posts receive 1,000+ hits. The feedback through board replies and PMs has been extremely positive. Both providers and hobbyist like the list a lot.
