What criteria are used in the selection and ranking of Top Provider List for a given city or region?

Can a provider choose to drop off the list if they are unavailable?

Some helpful, if unofficial, comments:

"I am not sure it is published but if not reviewed in 90 days they are dropped off"
"She has to have a minimum of 20 reviews to qualify"
etc.

My long time duos partner was a top rated provider & we were also on the top 100 list as a duo. When she delisted herself our duo reviews were delisted as well. In order to be eligible you have to have at least 20 reviews before being able to be on the top 100 list.

Also, you must have a recent review to be listed on the top 100, so within 3 months that’s why it’s so important to review providers. If I don’t get a review every 90 days I get taken off the top 100 list it’s a big deal because that’s how I get business. Reviews help everyone.
