To answer your question, of course they try to get the reviews to the proper profile. That is part of the review approval process. However as sphinx said, some slip through the cracks. Then they rely on problem reports to fix it. If you see a lady with multiple review profiles, report it. They will merge the profiles and give you 2 free VIP days.
