What exactly is a "chat roulette"?

Basically a site that pairs you with random video chat partners.  See the attached link.

Thanks for the link TZ.  I guess I don't really see how it would be of any value on TER.

The downfall in my book is that guys will become enamored with a gal's cyber sales pitch and forgo looking for good and consistent reviews. That being said, anyone is entitled to whatever selection process works for them.

We do have the private chat on here already
and there are several rooms that are always
vacant if you are a VIP member you can set up
your own chat room and invite people in or
just post what room you will be using. Kinda
difficult though with all of us in different states
to make ourselves available if you choose someone
unless you can afford to fly someone to you
or fly to her.
