basically, provider with long history of awesome reviews. i personally saw her last month and vouch for her. the reviewer is newbie. review has many inconsistencies. What can the provider do about it? (i tried to search for a discussion of this topic but i didn't know the right keywords.)
where is says "contact us" and state why she feels the review is bogus.
In many cases, they will take down a review they feel is suspect.
