I understand that our mods are not perfect and sometimes miss posts that should clearly be removed (e.g. consecutive double posts, or ones that violate TER posting guidelines, etc.). Perhaps a "flag for removal" feature could be implemented to help alleviate this issue.
As a community, we could flag posts for removal. Then, if there are enough flags, the mod would receive an alert informing him of the post he accidentally missed.
...or something like that.
