There has to be someone with real legal training moderating, not a nutbag spouting things about Natural Citizens and imaginary moral codes.   Next thing he'll advise to sign legal documents in red ink so they magically are voided.

At least he's admitted that he has taken (or is taking) some paralegal class...that certainly qualifies him as an expert in legal issues  LOL Frankly TER should consider deleting this morons babble as spam...or whatever they would like to call it.  Even if they ban his newest handle this jackass will simply come up with a new one and spew his ignorance.

Education is a good thing...however it's morons like indica that learn just enough to be a danger to society.  He claims to now be able to "litigate a criminal case"...funny, but my pals who are litigators have spent years learning this trade.  And that is after completion of law school.  I'd suggest that TER at least post a disclaimer on the top of the page to simply ignore this moron and that he's a troll.

Otherwise you may be right, and that some poor jamoke may actually believe even one word that jackass spews.  OTOH any fool who would believe this jackass in any respect probably deserves what they get.  If someone has a serious legal issue best to discuss those particulars with someone who's sheepskin is from an accredited law program.
