As we know, guys aren't allowed to write a review on a cancellation/NCNS, so that makes getting the info out to the guys all that much tougher.

 
Then factor in that the regional boards just don't cut it. Girls move, and many tour, so searching the NY regional board, for example, wont do any good if the gal spent the previous 5 years in L.A. and was outed for 4 NCNS's in her time there on that board.

 
A separate NCNS board would allow guys to get details about how often a girl cancels/no shows and it would be available in db form for searches by name and  TER ID # with corresponding month/year of when they occurred.  

 
As opposed to how the review system currently works, the gals would get to rebut the accusation or provide her side of things. Each would then be allowed one more post for further clarification and then it would end.  

 
That way, people can judge for themselves whose story is more credible, which would allow guys the ability to factor that info into their decision making process to see the girl in question.

 
The girl would be immediately notified as to the complaint by pm so she could address it asap if she so chose.

I know you mention BLs for Providers to ID clients, but should Providers be able to call out TER members who NCNS them on such a TER board, too? I can see the potential for many false accusations in both directions. Or even just annoying border-line accusations.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea. I'm saying it needs careful planning and consideration of lots of problems that can arise.

Thats what the BL's are designed for. We also don't allow the ladies to reply to reviews. Is that fair? No, but this site wasn't designed to be fair and impartial. It was created for the buyer, not the business.

 
I do think the gals should be able to reply to the NCNS accusation. The more I think about it, the more I think cancellations should not be a part of it, for as at least with a cancellation, the girl acted professionally by telling her guy she could not make it on the day/date originally agree upon.

There are several cogent points you are making. While I do believe there is the possibility of abuse with your idea, no system would be perfect and fraudulent reports happen frequently as it stands now.
All the evidence one needs to prove that theory is found in the voluminous complaints by the ladies here with regards to fake reviews. But do we throw the baby out with the bath water and end reviews or stop the incentive for them with VIP days? One would hope not.  

We do have a current system to deal with ncns's as you state, but as you also correctly point out, it is deeply flawed due to all the reasons you assign. Further proof is the NY city regional board fiasco from just days ago which I just read and wish I had those 15 minutes back. hehe.  

While it is a fact a perfect system will never be developed, lets not make the perfect the enemy of the better. Very interesting post, JD, and something definitely worth exploring more in depth.

Maybe if it was literally just a list? I've never gone and tried to look at the provider BL's, but are they really just a list? The way I've heard them talked about here, I imagine just a list of women posting what guys allegedly did to them. No back and forth debates. I assume the providers look at it and make decisions based on what was said and by whom. Credibility probably comes into play, IOW. Same could work the other direction, except that a lot of guys would want to use alias because they'd be afraid she will BL him for something he didn't do and round and round we go.

Don't mean to be a naysayer, it's a good idea. I just don't know if it would work. By that I simply mean it would become difficult to know who to believe. I would love to have it though. It would be a great answer to these providers whose response to a guy reporting flaky behavior by a very highly reviewed woman is "you didn't do your research."

Your point about the current "system" of reporting on the regional boards being insufficient because of women who move or travel is a good one. Not to go off on a tangent, but you brought up a larger issue. Assuming any monger making a report on a regional is smart enough to include her provider name and ID number, that would be something of a searchable national database, if we could search more than one board. There are a number of reasons we should be able to do that, and I wish they would make it possible. Obviously, you may have to comb through a bunch of threads that aren't about NCNS, but it would be SOMETHING.

The thing that would limit the shit slinging is that, as I see it, NCNS would only be allowed to be discussed on that one, national board and my suggestion that each sides would only get "two bullets" each would make sure it didn't get out of control and "spill onto other boards."

 
Credibility does pose a problem. Maybe no use of aliases on the NCNS board? That way, both guys and girls can see how reputable they think the guy is based on reviews, white lists, board posts, etc.

 
Now, as to your concern that a cancellation may be reported as a NCNS, the same issue applies to fake reviews now, correct? In addition to that, a guy can say, or imply, he did BBFS with the girl in a review even though they played safe in an attempt to try and hurt her business.

 
But, if a girl claims it was a cancellation, and not a flat out NCNS as the guy states, she should have some proof, right? An email perhaps? If she provides proof, it comes off the board, if not, it stays.

 
I would also make this much simpler to find out about this by placing a "NCNS" tab on her profile, directly linking to her NCNS list on the new, national board for same.

 
Think about it this way; we have easily accessible info on whether she does BBBJ, anal, two guys, two girls, swallows, nationality, hair color, hair length, body type, tit size, piercings, whether or not she smokes, rims, is into S&M, squirts and even if she allows the date to be filmed...but we CANT easy access whether or not she has a rep for wasting multiple guys valued time?

 
NCNS goes to the heart of the girls professionalism, and finding out how professional or unprofessional a gal is, was one of the major reasons this site was even invented, right?

How does a reviewer PROVE anything? A guy can already post on a regional board "without proof" that a provider pulled an NCNS on him, this would just streamline the process and more importantly catalogue the posts so they can more easily be found again. The problem with the current system is that the post fall off the first page and is forgotten about, unlike a review which lasts forever.

 
The current system for reporting NCNS is complete inadequate, and is hardly a problem that doesn't exist. NCNS is one of the most annoying things that happens, on BOTH sides and a proper system needs to be created to report it for the good of the community and to make sure that there are consequences to bad behavior.

LOL! That point being that an NCNS report, unlike the present system, would be more easily searchable and not disappear after it fell of the first page.
As for the issue of "How does a reviewer PROVE anything," you've missed the boat by a large margin.  While there are fake reviews (and no way of telling a fake from a real one), I'd say the percentage of fakes is fairly small.  There is also a well-established method for reporting and removing a fake review. Also because a review has MUCH more data than an NCNS could possibly have, it would be MUCH easier to post a fake NCNS, and no way of reporting it that's more than a "he said, she said."  So, as I said, that would make such a board MUCH more prone to misuse than even the corrupt review system is now.  Who needs that?

First off, the hooker in question fully admitted that she was guilty, so even though their was a train wreck there was NOT a false accusation.  

 
Secondly, all the other girls in NYC (and beyond) got an insight into the character of the guy who reported the NCNS and now have more "screening" information as to whether or not they want to see this guy if ever contacted by him.  

 
PLUS, the board was thoroughly entertained for two plus days, I don't see a down side to any of this, It looks like a win-win for the community to me. lol

Because somebody may abuse something from time to time doesn't mean there isn't a better way to do go about doing it, as almost all in this thread have acknowledged. The current method of outing a NCNS is antiquated and one that poorly serves the guys.  

 
Just bc a girl has a NCNS listed, or even several, it doesn't necessity mean I wont see her. How long ago did the last one occur? How many are there? What was her response to them? All questions I would need answered before I made a determination.
