I have been a VIP member on and off, as hobbying and reviewing allow, but wanted to join by mail, to stay current. The site directs one to the USPS international money order for this type of payment. However, when one goes to the post office, one finds that international money orders are issued for a small list of countries, among which the host country of TER is conspicuously missing! (In fact, the redirect site to the US Postal Service in the TER instructions spells this out very clearly!) WTF! I'd be curious what everybody else in the US is doing, and how this could be overlooked... Am I missing something, or is this a quiet rebuke to mail-order members?
Does everybody only maintain their VIP status by reviews, or are ther other less fortunate souls like myself who can only hobby a few times a year, but want to do so with the best possible preparation? Somehow this seems like an avoidable catch-22, and I'd appreciate either a response from mgmt or from a kindly fellow hobbyist who has overcome this obstacle. Thanks...
