I suggest adding a Search Box on the Main Page which would allow you to search the entire TER. Right now if I want to see if someone has been reviewed or if there is any information about them (good or bad), I search reviews and then I search regional discussion boards.

I have seen users post information about a provider and use either their name or phone number in their message. If I have a providers phone number, I would like to search the entire site at one time.

If this capability exists and I am not aware, please let me know.

which is to be able to search reviews with more then on ethnicity preference being selectable at a time, for example, Asian and Ebony, with the additional parameters you are looking for. JHam's idea is better then mine, but still, just suggesting.
