Could someone tell me why it is that past survey results do not total a 100% when adding all the percentages together.  When adding the final responses most total between 96%--99%.  Flaws the results when you realise all the responses are not being accounted for.

Just rounding errors.  Let me take a look at it and see if we cant get that a bit closer to 100%
