I was wondering how the rating system works. There are providers on here that are ranked very high with some 8/8  or 9/9, and they are rated higher than the providers who have all 10/10. I am a little confused, it might not be fair to the ladies.

...since it's averages of the scores I can't see how a provider with all 10/10 could be ranked lower than a provider with any score/rate less than 10.
