Hi I think the 'Self-Help Center' has a lot of good information in it, especially for those of us new to TER. With the link placed in the discussion boards it's a little hard to find. I didn't notice it for a long time. I think putting it in the 'My TER' page in a prominent place will help everyone to see and find it.
