My suggestion for you, which I'm surprised I cant find already, is that each member have a blank, text-oriented profile page where they can write something about themselves. For example, a member could write about their likes and dislikes, good experience or bad experiences, health issues, or whatever. During scheduling, a provider could look that over before a meeting to see what expectations and limitations might be. I'm thinking it would be a way to very indirectly communicate about a session in a way that would not raise red flags for member or provider.
