Obviously I have no idea if providers get notifications for changes to their profiles. I can chose to get them (or not) when I receive a PM or when a provider in my favorites gets her profile updated. So the idea that they can’t be notified about that would be surprising to me. But I can’t know.

Go to Your Account (top right, dropdown menu under your username). There is a checkbox for "Email Notification Of New Personal Message [ ]" . MAYBE that will do it?

There used to be a checkbox for "Notify me when someone replies to my post [ ] " or something like that, but I don't see it anymore. Was it a global setting on the Account page or a post-by-post selection on each "Post" page?
