It definitely makes sense that TER requests providers add the TER banner to their site. However I was disappointed that the small ones and the swirling ones didn't feature women of color. I have no interest in adding a photo of a blonde to my personal webpage. Give us some more banners TER!!!

I noticed her posting links elsewhere too.

Seems you could have posted a PM to Admin to ask this question.  Or is this just another attempt to publish a link to your website as you've done elsewhere on TER already and been warned about?

This is the TER "suggestion and policy board". I didn't write a question. I SUGGESTED that TER make their banners more diverse. Thank God there's a Black girl. There isn't an Asian or Latina. There's not even a Caucasian brunette or a red head!
If I were a Caucasian brunette, I would feel the same way! I don't want men coming to MY PERSONAL SITE, then saying, "Wow, I want a hot blonde like that girl!" It's poor marketing. It would be like taco bell having a picture of a juicy burger hanging on the wall.

Also, I SINCERELY apologize for the ad confusion today! Both of my posts were written within minutes of each other last night at midnight! I didn't know so many members of the TER community would feel I was "attempting" to do something illegal! I'm a good girl! I promise!

I had one on the outside of my site, then once I updated it went poof......I asked another sister if she could email me the code....and I will email it to you once I get it from her....
