If the tree format was enabled as the default format, I could click on the picture of any individual provider and see her picture without having to wait for all the other pictures to load. If someone wants to see all the pictures, it would only cost them one extra click. All they would have to do is click on the top post of a thread and then "FLAT" at the top of the screen. All pictures would load up for them after that.

I don't want to point anyone out, but I have been able to tell women are having issues down there because of the photos posted, and there are some pretty out there cock sucking pictures on there. Most websites have guidelines re genitalia, and I can see why...
I say let it be the wild west, with no censorship beyond the obvious (kiddies, animals, and so forth.)
I'd rather not repress a possible fantastic photo that comes along because a gal is intimidated and accept that fact that once in a while there will be something that upsets my tummy.
