So, ask him to go to "my reviews" and see if any reason is given for it not being published.

If either of you are first time reviewers/reviewees, then that is often a reason to hold a review in abeyance

...take a week to be approved and posted. There were no issues with it. I didn't have to do any editing. It wasn't rejected or disapproved it just took a week.
