... about some service -- say, CIM or greek -- and some subsequent reviewer finds out and posts it in his review, update the provider's profile to include that information.

...with a problem report. It would be nice if TER would set up some way for it to be changed because of the review without having to do a problem report.

especially with things like greek and CIM, etc.

Some times these things are YMMV and she does not want every client to think that they are entitled to the service.

or does not ask or whatever -   and subsequent reviewers are stuck with it.   I recently had a score downgraded because I was the third reviewer and the original reviewer did not mention a service - so my mentioning the service could not be included in the performance score, which I think is a very flawed policy -

but ultimately the answer is for the provider or agency to contact TER about it --

Problem reports can be submitted by any TER member (with proof). I have years of VIP to prove that.
The exception would be if a provider specifically tells them not to change something in her profile. Providers do have some say in this. If they don't want something in their profile (ie YMMV items) they can request TER to not allow a change unless they say so. This may have been the case in your story. In most cases any member can submit a problem report and with some proof, it is normally accepted.

In actuality, most ladies with profiles on TER either have no idea they are reviewed here, or don't care, or they know but don't know they have any control over it. There are over 188000 active profiles. It's a small percentage of that who actually monitor their profiles.
