I just discovered that TER was operating again in the USA. It would have been great if an email had been sent just stating that a PM was waiting like the old days. It would be under the radar, so to speak, as a third party would think it was spam. I'm sure their are many others that aren't aware of this change and would love to hear.
...that TER was back until the end of January. They may have been back around the end of December, 2019.
But TER should simply send a PM to all the email addresses they have for members, not that they have a PM waiting. They won't be able to read the PM because their memberships probably expired while TER was dark in the US. Just send an email saying "TER is back in the US."
