Why are some providers allowed to have more than one profile on here and you are allowing reviewers to review them under both profiles? Isn’t that against the terms of use? As a paying member I want the most accurate information available to me so that I may make the best decision when making my selection. I submitted a problem report and admins keep rejecting the report even after I have taken time to document the issue proving that the provider has two profiles. I have never seen the provider nor have anything against her; it’s become more about how disturbing I have found the situation to be that TER admin is allowing this to happen. I now question how accurate is the database and why bother paying for a membership if the rules do not apply equally to everyone.

This happens when a new reviewer enters different contact info for a lady than what is contained in her original profile. A new phone number for instance. It's a problem that can be very easily fixed by the submission of a problem report.  

The rules do apply to everyone. The system is not perfect. Few are.

please provide documentation as to what 2 ter IDS you are referring to and what documentation you have sent in, i want to see what u are talking about
