Lots of ladies have raised the prices as much as 20% this year, and changed their menu.
There does not seem to be a way of entering the prices and services into a review in a structured manner ,, you're dependent on the reviewer entering free-form text.

Since price transparency is (or was) a primary goal of review boards, wondering if moderators pay attention to price information when approving reviews...

The profile is set by the initial reviewer and then only changed through problem reports. That has always been the case. Problem Reports can be submitted by the provider or by any TER member with proof. For changing the price, you can submit a problem report with a link to her website or ad site with the new price listed.  

For changing services available, it is a little more difficult since services are rarely listed on their website or ad site. However if several recent reviewers mentioned a service change, that can sometimes be used as proof when submitting a problem report. The TER folks that approve reviews will not make the change on their own while reviewing the review, but they might change the profile if someone submits a problem report and says, “the last 3 reviews of xxxx show that she no longer does BBBJ.

My position -- which could be just a fantasy -- is that it is helpful to put current info into the Profile as you edit it for submission of your review. A changed value won't change the Profile immediately, on its own. As perfectstorm pointed out, a Problem Report is needed to bring Admin's attention to a data field that needs updating.

However, I think -- I hope -- that a record of new info will help Admin decide about what changes to put through.  Let's suppose that someone is CBJ only but starts to change her services. The history of that field might be:  
CBJ CBJ CBJ CBJ CBJ then a BBJ CBJ CBJ BBJ BBJ BBJ BBJ CBJ BBJ  
Someone submitting a PR after the FIRST BBJ:  
CBJ CBJ CBJ CBJ CBJ then a BBJ Problem Report
might not get approved. It's an outlier.
A few reviews later  (Profile still says CBJ), a Problem Report will get approved
CBJ CBJ CBJ CBJ CBJ then a BBJ CBJ CBJ BBJ BBJ BBJ BBJ CBJ BBJ Problem Report
and the Profile will now say BBJ because the Provider is clearly shifting her Services in that direction.

Please do update / change relevant data fields when you submit reviews even if the new info doesn't change the Profile immediately.

I'd like to give him credit for something else that he does. When submitting the review in TER, the dropdowns have you listing 4 separate services and 4 separate prices. If you just list that she's an escort who offers sex, andctgen combine your total donation and put it all under sex, it makes it seem like an awfully expensive $1100 nut, until or unless you explain it all in Juicy Details. Not everyone explains, though.

Some Providers use different prices in different ads, deliberately, to try to figure out what $ structure is best for her business. Those who use TER and look at ALL of her posted ads have an advantage to refer to her lowest priced ad or her 'easiest to understand' ad, if they choose to do so. Otherwise, ...

Maybe she figures out that her "high end" ad with higher prices has a low ROI. Her "low end" ad with lower prices brings in too many undesirables or time wasters. Her "middle" ad brings in reasonable traffic at a rate and pace (1 / day vs 12 / day vs 1 / month) that works for her.

Good points. Keep in mind that some ads do not include any pricing information at all, even when the same provider has multiple ads. It's not until contacting her directly are prices discussed. Of course, this is case by case.
