Dear Ms. Vaughn: Would you say that you should have a statutory period, say a year to 18 months? Within in that time period put the most weight on those reviews, because they would also have the most accurate and recent physical description of the providers and it would also include how she would conduct a session and interact with the hobbyist.
Some providers have an up and down type of history. They act somewhat professional for about five clients, then POOF, turn into a cash and dash queen. There is a notorious provider in the Maryland area that fits this description. An up and down pattern can be altered or hidden when only going back a few years.
I personally accept that there is a learning curve for most providers and that they get better with time, as well as, those few providers who get bitter along the way and their service suffers for it. I see no good to blanking out a providers history, whether good or bad. I am simply disagreeing with you, and not looking for an argument. Thanks.
How hard is that? When you have pages of reviews over years, that shows consistency. Sorry, but I think the whole average thing should be based not only on scores but on numbers of reviews. I can be nice for 4 people too lol. Gawd. You have some girl on a top list with 5 reviews averaging 10 rated higher than one with 50 reviews. The odds are stacked against those who have been at it longer.
